Every day we wake up and choose what to be stubborn about

This section is easy and distinct, on purpose. There are other where we turn things on all sides but not here.
I happen to think that personal goals don't get achieved because of the constant negotiations that we do with ourselves. Once we identify a thing/practice that we decide it's good for ourselves, we should put it in a special place where no matter what, it won't be negotiated. Of course we need to be a bit smart about it, define it so that time constraints allow us to achieve it regardless of unplanned stuff that will always occur.
For example if we say "I'll go at the gym daily" or "I'll never eat meat again" or "I'll never drink alcohol again" etc, we put ourselves in a very tight place. However if we define them like "I'll do at least 3 gym sessions weekly" or "I'll do 15 min of exercises daily" or "I'll do 60k steps per week" etc, they suddenly become something we will much harder be able to get ourselves out of.
I avoid sharing my goals with others because they quickly put extra pressure and whenever you see someone, they go to teasing about them. Also I avoid sharing on sports apps. I used to, but got to a place where I need to make sure I do them for myself, not for others to give me kudos.
So, here are mine. Will keep editing them as they change, of course, and might keep a history:
1500 crunches per week
only cold showers and baths for a year (started in April 2023)
gym and running at least 5 days a week, no day without some sort of minimal exercise (see bullet 1, I'll always do some planks and crunches, pushups, bands, etc)
in normal circumstances eat once a day, in the evening; there will be exceptions of course with holidays or some events but 90%+ of the time, this is a rule
I probably have many other core believes that I just manifest. Will add those in separate section. Those I don't need to force myself into by now because they are so well engraved into me, there is no chance I have to force myself into them on a bad day.
