Looking after number one

Seems to me that most of us give our best to others. Ironically we are also quite selfish and ignorant at the same time but doesn’t mean we somehow land on top, achieving some personal health, financial or mental performance.

I realize this one might seem vague but to me, it’s obvious that most will sacrifice their health and mental state for some bullshit, maybe nice goals, never trully looking at themselves in the mirror with joy.
