Make yourself work for it

My day could very well be easy, basically end before it started. However I make myself work for it, to say so.
Without any exceptions I need to do 100 pushups, 250 abdomens. If there is a shower its going to be a cold one. Running or gym at least 6 days a week and so on, so forth. Usually I am done with everything an hour or less before sleep.
I was reading somewhere that its hard being weak, hard being strong. I happen to agree with it, going for the strong version quite enjoying it.
